- The design is Bi-Directional and through the use of a sealinggroove, zero leakage is achieved.
- The sealing groove fixes the liner inside the valve and also absorbs mini-deformation of the liner due to temperature
- changes. Simultaneously, the groove serves to clean and lubricate between the Liner and Plug, thereby improving the sealing and valve life.
- The design of the top bearing with PTFE gasket and O-ring with adjusting gasket, allows flexibility of the Plug position to ensure sealing of the plug liner and also the outside seals.
- The full sealing process is almost independent of line pressure.
- Different Teflon lining material is available to suit temperature and medium handled.
