The Premier distribution network consists of the following:
Group Companies
These are companies dedicated to sell Premier’s range of valve products on an exclusive basis in their allocated area ie they do not sell any other company’s valves unless by mutual consent. These companies receive the top discount from Premier, which enable them to sell the products to other resellers in their area. Premier provides full support in terms of training, literature etc, and dealing with one of the group companies is synonymous with dealing with Premier direct.
Accredited Distributors
These are exclusive agents in the traditional sense who normally have a range of other products such as Pumps, Pipes etc as their area is not big enough to sustain a company which only sells valves. Their discount structure is lower than a Franchisee, but they still receive the full support of Premier sales and technical staff.
